Sales Development Representative
EcoAnalysts, Inc. seeks to hire a talented Sales Development Representative to assist with lead generation for our sales team. In this position, the successful candidate will be required to learn the basics of EcoAnalysts service offerings, be able to identify where to find prospects, make lists of prospective customers, make phone calls and conduct email outreach efforts. Tracking responses and following up will require good organizational skills. Attending conference trade shows and conducting in-person sales visits will be required. The candidate must have a self-starter attitude and be self-motivated to achieve sales outreach goals. This position offers good growth potential as sales development efforts increase our sales pipeline and revenue.
Minimum Qualifications
College coursework or degree in environmental science, biology, aquatic ecology, fisheries, marketing, sales, communications, or business.
Demonstrated experience in sales with a basic understanding of sales principles and processes.
Good organizational, communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
A self-starter, goal oriented, team player.
Additional Desirable Qualifications
Experience related to laboratory services, environmental consulting, or related field

EcoAnalysts, Inc. is an ecological consulting firm established in 1995 with the purpose of helping our clients make highly informed decisions around ecological conditions. Owned and operated by aquatic ecologists, EcoAnalysts brings high ecological expertise to our clients. We provide ecological field sampling, laboratory, and consulting services to a variety of Federal and state agencies, municipalities, tribes, consulting/engineering firms, and various industrial clients, such as power, mining, manufacturing, transport, etc. EcoAnalysts has conducted ecological work in every state and Canadian province. We are a small business by federal contracting standards ($16.5mm), we employ a range of 60-75 people, we have physical offices in Florida, Idaho, Missouri, and Washington state, with additional employees working remotely.
